Can I move between bands?
Yes, and it happens by itself. If you add a property and cross into the next band, we tell you before it takes effect and it starts on your next billing date, not that afternoon. Going the other way works the same.

What £5.99 buys
The whole of Harthing, for one or two homes. Every certificate dated, every repair logged, every quarter added up, and a record you can hand over if you ever need to.
A letting agent takes a share of every month’s rent, whether or not anything happened that month. At the other end, a possession case lost because you could not show what you did costs a great deal more than this does, and that is before anyone counts the months without rent.
What counts as a property?
A property on your account. One address, one record. Two flats in the same building count as two, because each has its own tenancy, its own certificates and its own record.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything you have paid for until the end of the period, and nothing is taken away before then. After that your account goes read only for twelve months: you can sign in, look at everything and export everything, including the full record and your evidence bundles. You cannot add or change anything, and your bank and HMRC connections end when the read only period starts. We email you before the read only period ends. We do not delete your records when you stop paying, because the record is the thing you might need years later.
Is VAT included?
Yes. The prices above include VAT where it applies, so £5.99 is £5.99.
